It was nearing lunch time and we were in the New Orleans part of Disneyland. Luckily for us, I spotted a restaurant called the French Market. The inside looked kind of like a buffet but with people serving us certain things. After some contemplating, I decided to get the jambalaya. A warning though, it is pretty spicy. I really enjoyed it(with a lot of water in between bites...). As a matter of fact, there are little nibbles of jalapeno in the cornbread, so that was an interesting surprise, which basically means I spit it out. But I mean, if you like spicy, go right ahead, but I can only handle meduimish spice. The jambalaya had an assortment of things in there, such as shrimp, chicken, tomato, and much more. The dish that Angela got was the shrimp po boy. She has recently been obsessed with these sandwiches and I can't blame her. I managed to steal some and it was scrumptious. The shrimp was snappy and not fried so it was kind of healthy and the bread was chewy. I really don't know how else to describe bread. :P With a whole day of walking and waiting in line, lunch at the French Market was very filling and delicious.
