Bangkok Thai Express is a quaint little shop with food that packs a big yum. Whenever I get Thai food, noodles are a must. Their Railroad noodles are super delicious. It resembles a pad thai. Another dish I recommend is the chicken satay. This is a chicken skewer with mouthwatering peanut sauce. Another type of sauce that's really good is the yellow curry. Combine that with some rice and mmm you've got a scrumptious mouthful. To end up this yummy meal, I would recommend the fried bananas and ice cream. This dessert is an allstar combo of hot and cold. This juxaposition has amazing flavor profile.

Lemon bars are a yummy combo of sweet with a hint of sour. This flavor profile is so good it'll leave you wanting seconds and thirds. To make these scrumptious lemon bars, you'll need: Crust:
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper to make clean up easy. Combine all the ingredients you need for the crust and press the mixture down on the pan. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes. The crust should be golden after baking.
Then for the luscious filling, whisk the sugar and flour together. Then, mix in the eggs and lemon juice. When everything is combined, pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 18-22 minutes. When the filling is set, let is cool down and rest for an hour. You can also chill the bars for refreshing lemon bars. |
