Ba Fang is a very popular dumpling and potsticker restaurant in Taiwan and after eating there, I can see why. Their potstickers are uniquely shaped like logs. I had never seen potstickers shaped like that before. The log shape made sure all edges got crispy. It's pretty brilliant. You get the crunch and then the yummy flavorful filling. To contrast the crispy potstickers, we also ordered dumplings. Their dumplings have a chewy and doughy outside and succulent inside. Every bite is a flavor explosion in your mouth. You'll be eating one, two, three, and then the whole plate :P And if you want something more filling, their peanut sauce noodles are delicious. I mean peanut butter and noodles? That sounds like a winning combo. From noodles to dumplings, Ba Fang will provide you with yummy fuel to satisfy your cravings.
