At this sweet eatery, your sweet tooth will be satisfied with roti buns, gelato, and more. Where can can you find this place, you ask, and more importantly, what's it called? Honeyberry is its name and it's located in Oakland. The very first thing I want to talk about is their roti buns. Roti buns come in two flavors, original and chocolate butter. They are both flavorful and soft. In fact, Honeyberry bakes new roti buns every 15 minutes. Also, Honeyberry has an assortment of flavors for gelato. Staying on the topic of cold treats, I really would recommend their shaved ice. Honeyberry even serves drinks, such as milk tea. All in all, Honeyberry is a great place to stop by to grab a bite and has received 4.7 stars from me.

Milk tea, ice cream, smoothies, and more are all served at this really popular store. This store is called Bubble Loca, conveniently located near other restaurants. So if you're like me and save room for a sweet treat to finish off the meal, visit this amazing store. To begin with, Bubble Loca serves a variety of drinks. Something I am really fond of is the peach iced tea, with some tapioca pearls mixed in. Not only can you order drinks, but also ice cream and packed lunches. Well, that's about all I'm going to tell you. To find out more, I suggest you go down to the mouth-watering Bubble Loca and see for yourself. Need a place to grab a sweet tarts, pastries, and more? Luckily for you, I love a good bakery, so I have just the place for you, La Farine, a French bakery in Oakland. La Farine has amazing tarts that have fruit or even nuts. I happened to buy a fruit tart and let me tell you one thing. With the rich cream, fresh fruit, and flaky crust, these tarts are possibly the best I've ever eaten. Plus, La Farine sells cookies, such as almond tea cakes and chocolate espresso, and pastries, like brownies and scones. To sum it up, La Farine is THE place to go for any kind of delicious morsels. You walk into this bakery and immediately catch a whiff of cupcakes, coffee, and pastries that make you feel at home. Bakeries like this are pretty extraordinary and rare, but Taste of Denmark is one of the few. They sell anything from wedding cakes to ice cream and back to cupcakes. Not only do Taste of Denmark's food look good, but they taste even better. The lemon meringue pie had a nice fluffy texture to the meringue and a zesty filling. Some other treats I recommend are the eclairs and bear claws. In conclusion, visit Taste of Denmark to fill and please your stomach with wondrous treats.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. Everyone loves a good bowl/cone of ice cream(well, 99.99% of people). To satisfy your sweet tooth, stop by Fairfax Scoop to pick up a scoop of ice cream or more. They provide you with many flavors, like coffee, strawberry, and vanilla lavender honey. Two of my all time favorite flavors are mint and caramel. Fairfax Scoop serves both of them,(except they call mint "grasshopper"). All in all, Fairfax Scoop is a wonderful, family friendly place to enjoy ice cream. Need a place to buy snacks, produce, sushi, and more? Luckily for you, I know a place called Berkeley Bowl. Whenever, my family is in the area, we stop by this supermarket and cafe to grab some food. One of my all time favorite treats Berkeley Bowl serves is the lemon bar. They are tangy and have a classical crust on the bottom. Another pastry I like is the Italian cannoli. With cream, chocolate chips, pistachios, and topped with powdered sugar, it's hard to resist the temptation to eat it. Plus, there's many more little treats, such as donuts, tarts, and cream puffs. It's hard to wrap this post up because Berkeley Bowl is so awesome in a way that I can't describe. I have an idea! Just go there and see for yourself. :) Don't forget to tell me about later. Like most people, I like to save room for dessert. So if you have some room left over after you ate, go to Tutti Melon. Tutti Melon has gelato and self-serve frozen yogurt. This place has tons of flavors to choose from. There's cookies and cream, pomegranate tart, taro, and blueberry. I could go on all day about all the flavors and how good they are. However, I will briefly state some awesome flavors that stood out to me. The pomegranate tart is sour, but not too sour. In other words, it's perfect. I'm also a fan of the cookies and cream. Alas, what is frozen yogurt without toppings. Not only does Tutti Melon give fresh fruit, but also candy like gummy bears and Oreo's. To wrap it up, go to Tutti Melon if you have a sweet tooth. Remember, you can always comment on posts to tell me what your favorite is.
If you ever want to grab something to eat, a pastry, cookie, or pizza, Market Hall Bakery is the place to go. With homemade tarts, moist cakes, and cheesy pizzas, it's hard not to pay a visit to this European bakery in Rockridge. I recommend the cupcakes, I'm a red velvet fanatic, and the chewy chocolate chip cookies. Staying with the cookie theme, the chocolate mint crinkle and almond meringue cookies are also packed with flavor. One bite and it's a party in your mouth. As a dessert person, the apple pecan coffee cake is to die for. A fruity, nutty crumble on top with coffee cake on the bottom leaves you wanting another slice. If I were to give Market Hall a rating, I would give it 4.8 out of 5 stars.
