Novato is one of my favorite places to be because of the amazing restaurants, like China Palace. First of all, I ordered the beef with oyster sauce. It was wonderfully flavored. I thought that the beef paired really well with the sauce. Another great idea they had with that dish was incorporating mushrooms. I love mushrooms (funny thing is when I was small I did not like them at all...)! Not only do they have awesome meat dishes, but also fabulous seafood. The seafood with tofu clay pot took me to the sea and back. The seafood was excellent and well cooked. Plus, I loved the tenderness of the tofu. The last dish we ordered was the house special chow mein. I definitely saw why it was the house special. After eating the noodles and the sauce, I was in noodle heaven. I especially enjoyed the touch of beef and shrimp. With all of that, this dish might just be one of my favorite noodle dishes. To conclude, visit China Palace to experience an amazing Chinese styled meal.
