Do you have an interest in cooking? Well, I always have whether it being tacos or lamb chops. Every Thursday, I go to a cooking class called Cooking for Life. During this class, we made two kinds of pasta with two different sauce. The first pasts we made was orecchiette drizzled with pesto sauce. The ingredients in the pesto sauce were 4 cups of organic basil, 4 cloves of garlic, half a cup of pine nuts, 1 1/3 cups of olive oil, topped with 2 teaspoons of salt and one cup of grated Percorino cheese. As for the other dish of pasta, we used gnocchi accompanied with traditional tomato topping. The tomato sauce was made of 1 can of tomato puree, half a cup of fresh basil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 clove of finely chopped garlic. You can try these yummy recipes at home. Stay tune for next Thursday's post.
