The ingredients for the original hummus are:
- 1 3/4 cups of drained chickpeas
- 1/2 cup of tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 teaspoons of salt
- 4 tablespoons of water
- Directions: Blend chickpeas until powder like. Add the other ingredients (Except the water). While blending, add one tablespoon of water at a time.

- 1 3/4 cups of drained chickpeas
- 1/2 cup of tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoons of salt
- 4 tablespoons of water
- Directions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove membranes and seeds from the peppers. Cover them with olive oil. Bake for around 10 minutes or until the peppers' skins look wrinkly. Blend chickpeas until they form a powdery clump. Add all the other ingredients. Pour in one tablespoon at a time while you're blending the hummus.

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of tahini sauce
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- Directions: Saute the onions after cutting them into pieces. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until paste like.
