Hong Kong Lounge @ San Francisco, CA

As a family of four, my family love going to dim sum restaurants, like Hong Kong Lounge for the great prices and of course, the fabulous food. Before anything, I should tell you that this restaurant is really really popular, so get there earlier. You don't want to spend a lot of time looking at other people eat food! So the first dish I want to talk about is the shrimp noodle rolls. Every time we go to a dim sum place, we have to order it because it's one of my absolute favorite dishes in the whole dim sum world(especially since it has shrimp). The thing that holds this whole dish together is the soy sauce. it's sweet but not too sweet and full of flavor. I would lick all the soy sauce off the plate if it was polite! Another dish I enjoy is the crab meat ball. It has a wonderful texture, a crispy exterior and a tender inside. For the littler ones, it's fun to take the crab claw out and play with it(just beware the pointy end). In addition to that, the pork shrimp siu mai has been eaten by me since I was just a tiny kid. I've never gotten tired of it. Plus, a lot of people love Hong Kong Lounge's egg puffs. It's kinda hard to describe it because there's a lot going on, in a good way. I guess I could say it's fluffy and the sugar on it is an added bonus. To "dim sum" it up, I would give Hong Kong Loung a 4.3 star rating for the good service, awesome price, and the best dim sum.
