I need to take a moment to appreciate the amazingness of the baked BBQ pork buns. The bun has a crunchy outside and an explosion of flavorful pork on the inside. It truly is a delectable combination. It's also important to note that there was a good amount of actual pork meat in the bun, as opposed to pork fat.
The only dish that disappointed us was the peking duck. It's hard to find good peking duck in the area. This restaurant's duck was all fat with very little meat. It was not worth the $20 or so that we spent on it. Another negative was that the service was a bit slow. There was only one person managing the front, swiping credit cards and giving out the orders.
But overall, if you are needing some dim sum takeout, Hong Kong Lounge is a safe bet for delicious dishes.
