I recently discovered this delicious crunchy vegetable called jicama. It's healthy and versatile. You can eat jicama raw and spiralized or make it into a hash brown. Don't those jicama hash browns sound and look yummy? You can even make them the night before, so your breakfast will be super easy. Well don't worry I'll tell you how to make them. The ingredients you'll need are: -1 jicama -1/2 sweet onion -2 garlic cloves pressed -2 eggs So first what you'll need to do it peel and grate the jicama. Then, chop up the onion and add the onion and the garlic to the bowl. Mix it well and store in the fridge if you're making it the night before. When you're ready to cook up the hash browns in the morning, just add two eggs and form the hash browns. Make sure the pan is very well oiled in order to make the hash browns extra crispy.
