These brownies are moist, fudgey, and have a surprise at the bottom. The Oreo adds even more decadence to this. These Oreo brownies are soooo good and super easy to make. It's a 2 in 1 deal (just like these treats hehe :P ). To start off you will need...
- brownie mix (& the ingredient needed to make that- water, eggs, oil)*
- a pack of Oreos
First off, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the wet ingredients into the dry brownie mix. Stir until everything is incorporated. Line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners. Before putting down the brownie batter, place one Oreo in each liner. Then, scoop the brownie batter into each liner, covering the Oreo. Bake the brownies until mostly done on top, around 22-25 minutes. You don't want to over bake them.
*I like using the Ghirardelli brownie mix. If you're using another brand, feel free to asjust the cooking times and oven temperature.
