These pan fried dumplings will change your life. I mean it. It is the amazing baby of two proud parents: pan fried buns and xiao long bao. It has a fluffy bun texture encased luscious meat filling. The bottom is fried nicely and it will melt in your mouth. Then to top it all off, each dumpling has rich meaty broth inside, reminiscent of the juices in a xiao long bao. Are you hungry yet?
