Ever heard of a restaurant by the waterside that serves marvelous noodles with soup and other dishes? If you haven't, I'll tell you that it is Pho Viet. Pho Viet is a Vietnamese restaurant that's specialty dishes are noodle dishes. These dishes range from noodles with soup to dry noodles with chicken. Their soups' flavors are spot on and their noodles are well cooked. Some other dishes include crab cakes, spring rolls, and clay rice bowl. To sum it up, Pho Viet would earn 4.3 stars from me.
