However, I was feeling adventurous and decided to branch out and try another restaurant. At Saigon Village Restaurant, I ordered the BBQ chicken with vermicelli. There was a heaping serving of delicious chicken, and that's always appreciated. It did not disappoint. The dish that did disappoint was the seafood clay pot. It was way too spicy for my taste and that overpowered everything. Now of course, since this was a Vietnamese restaurant, we had to order pho. The pho dish was the special combo with thin steak slices, brisket flank, tendon, tripe, and beef balls. This dish was super yummy! I think the lesson learned here is that pho is always good, no matter what restaurant it's from hehe.
