Snowflake @ Dublin, CA

This restaurant is as unique as a snowflake. So of course it's called Snowflake. Snowflake is an Asian fusion restaurant with awesome food. First off, the baked pasta with meat sauce was absolutely excellent. The sauce was wonderfully flavored and the cheese on top was like the cherry on top... errr... Another dish you have to try is the mixed grill. This is a sizzling hot plate with a variation of meat from sausages to pork. This dish also comes with some delicious sauce, noodles, and some vegetables (so you don't feel that bad after eating all that meat :P). The only thing that disappointed me was the spare pork ribs with black beans. It seriously took forever. I mean, the flavoring of the dish was alright but my dish literally came when the dessert arrived. :( Speaking of dessert, we ordered the mango shaved ice. Luckily, my family saved some for me (since I was beginning my main course when the shaved ice arrived) because it did not disappoint. The flavor and the fun toppings were on point (sorry, if you hate that phrase...). To sum it up, just go to Snowflake and see for yourself that it's truly a great restaurant.
