Anyways... I'm back and I'm definitely going to try to post more! So my family went out for a day in San Francisco. We shopped and hung out. It was nearing dinner time and we decided to go down to The House. This is a pretty popular restaurant in SF, so we had to wait around 40 minutes. I recommend going there earlier so the lines are shorter.
First off, let me start by saying... IM SO SORRY FOR NOT POSTING. I recently started a YouTube and have mainly been focusing on that. You should check it out... ;) http://bit.ly/1ZfAtzA Anyways... However, the lines were most definitely worth it. The food was AMAZING with a capital everything. I love love loved all the dishes my family ordered. The House is on the pricier side, so I recommend going there for a celebration of some kind like Mother's Day. To start off the meal, we ordered the appetizer, avocado dungess crab cake. It was sosososos good. It had a wonderful medley of flavors. I recommend ordering this. A tip of advice is incorporating everything into one bite. Like get a little of this and a little of that. I'm not really sure how to describe it... but yeah, order it! Then for the main courses, we ordered wasabi house noodles with angus flat iron steak, grilled sea bass with garlic ginger soy, kurobuta pork chop with pomegranate currant sauce, and prime angus ribeye with house made teriyaki roasted garlic butter. The pork chop was the dish I ordered and I'm so glad I did. I stole little pieces from the other dishes my family ordered and the pork chop was the best, most outstanding dish. The meat was super tender and flavorful and that's not even the best part. The best component of the dish was the pomegranate current sauce. Wow, just wow. It was the perfect combination of sweet and a little acid. The house noodles were a close second though. My favorite type of noodles is thick chewy ones like the ones we got at The House. They were magnificent. They are a tab bit spicy so watch out for that. As for the ribeye and the sea bass, those were super delicious as well. I recommend all four of these main dishes. We didn't order dessert sadly because we were stuffed. The price for these dishes were not cheap, but at least they came with huge portions. All in all, I highly recommend that you give The House a visit for it's out of this world tasting food.
