Visit Uncle Wing and savor food just like your mom, or uncle in this case, made it. Staying with this topic, something my relatives love to make is fried rice. As a matter of fact, Uncle Wing serves amazing beef fried rice. After eating this, I can't go back to eating just regular rice. :P As long as we're talking about beef, you have got to try the beef chow fun, which are stir fry rice noodles. This restaurant made the noodle soft and infused it with flavor. I would definitely  recommend it. Another dish I really enjoyed was the sweet and sour chicken. This dish was as good as any other sweet and sour chicken(maybe even better...). Before I forget, the service was pretty good too. They didn't keep us waiting too long. To conclude, Uncle Wing is a must visit restaurant if you're looking for magnificent Chinese food.
