If you're ever in the city and craving high end dim sum, Yank Sing is the restaurant for you. This restaurant has an assortment of yummy dishes. First, I would recommend the shao long bao. These are little dumplings filled with a delicious broth. Also, a dish that I always order at a dim sum place is the shrimp noodle roll. They truly are amazing. Speaking of seafood, we ordered the honey sea bass. The fish was super tender and the sauce that accompanied it was divine.
Now for the star of the meal: the duck. This dish came with succulent duck, crispy skin, and fluffy wraps. Put that all together and you've got a super awesome duck wrap. The duck was definitely the highlight of the meal. To wrap the meal up, we got egg custard tarts. These pastries are my life. The crust is flaky with a silky filling. Mmmm. To (dim) sum it up, Yank Sing is the place to go.
